Cheryl Cran's first leadership role was in her early 20’s in the banking industry. She was highly successful due to her action oriented and results focused style. The fifteen successful years she spent in the corporate sector included the calm handling of a series of violent bank robberies, which resulted in an immediate promotion to the 2nd highest robbery-prone bank. Cheryl led that branch to increase its overall performance and helped it achieve ‘one of the top three’ branch status.

She was quickly promoted to management in lending and became the first female mortgage development area manager. Under her leadership, the mortgage portfolio doubled within one year. Subsequently she was hired by a mortgage insurance corporation to lead their insurance division for developers. Within two years, Cheryl increased market penetration to equal that of the largest single competitor in the industry. From there, Cheryl headed up a brand new mortgage program and grew the portfolio to ten million in ten months.

Cheryl Cran grew up in an entrepreneurial family and wanted to turn her success for earning companies great profits into her own consulting practice. Twelve years ago, Cheryl started her first business and sold it at a six figure profit. Today she consults with numerous corporations looking to grow their people and their profits specializing in the home-building and financial industries.
