At the ripe old age of 22, Hal Becker became the top ranked salesperson among 11,000 others at Xerox Corporation. A few years later, he launched the highly successful Direct Opinions, one of the world’s first customer service telemarketing firms. Shortly thereafter, he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. He conquered that, too. In the roughly twenty years since, Becker has spent most of his time lecturing and presenting seminars in all parts of the world and authoring a series of books.
