And two, for the concept that I might just help to make someone else's life a little bit better. For me there is no greater reward.”
Judson Laipply offers a variety of programs including his most popular program, titled, "Inspirational Comedy." Combining his thoughts about life and change with humor, his presentation will have your audience inspired and laughing at the same time. His finale, "The Evolution of Dance", is requested by his audiences everywhere he goes.
KEYNOTE ADDRESSES
"Life is Change":
William James is the father of modern psychology and two of his quotes are fundamental influences on Judson Laipply's program. Those quotes are: "The greatest discovery of man is that one can alter their life by altering their attitude," and, "We do not laugh because we are happy. We are happy because we laugh." Imagine being able to create the life you want to live and enjoying it along the way. Judson will help you discover your power of choice and how that influences the life you live. He will show you how to fuse that power with the realization that life is change to help implement a formula for happiness in everyday life. Through laughter, story telling, personal examples, and crowd participation Judson will help all learn to create changes in their own lives and organizations.
"The Paradoxes of Life":
Sometime we find that we have to do the opposite in order to achieve what we strive for. We must fail in order to succeed. We must surrender in order to achieve victory. We must forget in order to remember. We must ignore in order to listen. This keynote will explore the paradoxes of life and how to help achieve more. In order to get ahead we must get behind. The more we learn the less we know. All of these seem like contradicting statements but in fact they are powerful reminders about how to move forward in the world.
"Keep Everyone's Drink Half Full"(sales workshop or keynote:
The hardest thing about sales is the understanding that every customer has different needs. Those needs must be met or you end up with an unhappy customer. Referencing advice from training as a server, Judson Laipply explores the importance of determining what your customer needs. Not the customer as a whole but each individual. You have to determine what their “drink” of choice is and then do all that you can to make sure that it is full, thus keeping your customers happy.
"The PEARfect Leader/Employee/Boss":
The PEARfect concept revolves around these four areas Preparation, Execution, Adaptation, and Resolve. The four areas are important components to any winning individual or team. They can stand alone as vital but together they form the PEARfect Leader, Employee, or Boss. This session is highly interactive and self-reflective requiring honest insight into each person level of achievement in these four areas.
"A Wink or a Blink - Perception vs. Intention":
Communication is always deemed to be a viable leadership trait. Good leadership skills many people will list as there top leadership quality they look for. Yet for all the recognition of communication, rarely do people really look at it from all aspects. This workshop helps to give participants a better understanding of the various aspects that go into communication. It talks about how important both the intention of the sender and the perception of the receiver play into the message and its effectiveness.
"Selling Sand in the Desert - How to Market and Sell Anything":
With the world moving as fast as it does marketing has become the engine that drives business. Selling is an extremely important topic for anything. Whether you are selling a product, a program, a person, or even yourself, there are things that can give you the edge. Discussion of branding, tag lining, and triggers will give you a better understanding of marketing and help you to gain an advantage in what you have to sell.
"The 5 L's for Living":
This program can be used in either a workshop setting or as a theme for an entire day, weekend or week long camp. Laugh, Listen, Learn, Live, and Love. They are five simple words that have many definitions and many uses. Alone each of them covers an important aspect of life but together they can be a powerful mantra for living. Explore the internal and external facet of these words in relations to others and self. Listen to yourself, Laugh with yourself, Learn from yourself, Live for yourself, and Love yourself and the internal explorations of personal power. Once you have a grasp on these areas you can move onto the external areas. Listen to others, Laugh with others, Learn from others, Live for others, and Love all others. These areas lend themselves to multiple ideas concerning leadership and success. Communication, self-exploration, laughter, service leadership, diversity, understanding, motivation, and self-esteem are just a few of the areas that these five L's touch upon.

Everyone likes to be around them and people seem to gravitate to them. Are they born with it or is it something you can learn? This session will teach you some basic things that you can do to raise your status in the eyes of people around you. It will give you some small things you can do to make yourself perceived in a higher light. It will help you become an "it" person.
