Juan Marichal is a former MLB pitcher who played for the San Francisco Giants from 1960–1973, the Boston Red Sox in 1974 and the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1975. He is a nine-time All-Star for 1962 through 1969 and 1971 plus he is the MLB All-Star Game MVP for 1965. On June 15, 1963 Marichal pitched a no-hitter against the Houston Colt .45s. Marichal is the National League wins leader for 1968 plus the MLB ERA leader for 1969. The San Francisco Giants retired his number 27 in 1975 and in 1983 he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
