The winner of America’s Got Talent is Kevin Skinner!
Congratulations Kevin!
David Hasselhoff summed it all up when he said this about Kevin Skinner after his first performance on America’s Got Talent:
“When you sing there’s no reason to move your lips unlesss you tell a story. Everybody was moved because he was singing and telling a story and you can tell it was coming from his heart and it touched everybody .. and that’s what entertainment’s about.”
The runners up were:
The Voices of Glory 5
The Texas Tenors 4
Recycled Percussion 3
Barbara Padilla 2
Recycled percussions was the last act to perfom on the finals of America’s Got Talent. This act is completely unique and puts on quite a show. When it comes to originality, they remind me of The Blue Man Group, a highly successful act in Las Vegas.
Kevin Skinner is the favorite, but Recycled Percussions may take it all.

Grandma Lee was great tonight. She is one of my favorites. She is the dark horse to win this.

The Texas Tenors Sing Frank Sinatra’s My Way during America’s Got Talent finals.

They really are cheesy like the judges said, but talented. These guys could actually win.

He does a good job. Watch video.
Voices of Glory Sing Whitney Houston’s Greatest Love of All in America’s Got Talent Finals.

This was their best performance throughout the entire competition. They were fantastic!

Kevin Skinner sings Arrowsmith’s I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing. I’m a big fan of Kevin, but I don’t think this is his type of music.

Kevin tried to show another side, but it was actually off key, quite a bit. I don’t think he can hear the music. I think he needs to wear an ear monitor so he can hear himself and the music.
I still love Kevin overall. He is pure and sings from the heart.
Piers gives Kevin a standing ovation. He tells him he is not the best singer, but he is unique because he has heart. He said that he is a great American story and would like to see him win the million dollars.

Wow! She is amazing. Another BRAVO performance. Watch video
Last night cancer survivor, Barbara Padilla, sang Ave Maria and blew the audience and judges away receiving a standing ovation.
“Wow! Amazing!” said Nick Cannon. Piers Morgan called her a superstar.
Barbara will definitely be in the final five. She and Kevin Skinner are the odds on favorite to win the competition.
