The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide and Dateline NBC’s Josh Mankiewicz has confirmed that Dr. Conrad Murray is the target of a manslaughter probe.

Michael Jackson had lethal levels of Propofol in his system when he died, this according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Houston.

According to the warrant, Dr Murray said he had been treating the singer for insomnia with the sedative for six weeks. According to the document, Murray was afraid Jackson was becoming addicted and said he had been trying to wean Jackson off the Propofol by using smaller doses in combination with the sedatives lorazepam and midazolam.

The morning Jackson died, Dr. Murray gave Jackson valium at 1:30 AM. Murray said the valium didn’t work so he gave the singer an IV injection of lorazepam an anti-anxiety drug. Murray told cops Jackson was still awake, so he then gave him midazolam a sedative.

Murray said in court documents that he administered 25 milligrams of the drug at 10:40 AM, then left Jackson alone under the influence of the drug to make phone calls to his Houston office. When he returned, Jackson was not breathing. He performed CPR while a member of Jackson’s staff called 911. The singer was rushed to UCLA Medical Center where he was declared dead sometime later

TMZ earlier reported that police found 8 bottles of Propofol in Jackson’s house after he died, but they do not know where it was purchased. Police also found Valium, Tamsulosin, Lorazepam, Temazepam, Clonazepam, Trazodone and Tizanidine, along with the Propofol.

TMZ reports that the various drugs were prescribed by Dr. Murray, Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Allan Metzger.

Dr. Murray told police that other doctors had administered Propofol to Jackson, including Las Vegas Dr. David Adams. Dr. Murray said he was at a cosmetologist’s office where Dr. Adams gave Jackson Propofol.

With the ruling a homicide, expect to see an arrest soon.

The accident happened after the pyrotechnics went awry, causing sparks to hit Jackson’s hair and explode into flames.

It is speculated that this accident was the beginning of the singer’s pill addiction, as he was prescribed severe pain pills after suffering third degree burns to his scalp and face.

La Toya Jackson believes that her brother, Michael Jackson, was murdered and it now looks like the LAPD may agree.

LaToya states, “I believe Michael was murdered, I felt that from the start. Not just one person was involved, rather it was a conspiracy of people…

“Less than a month ago, I said I thought Michael was going to die before the London shows because he was surrounded by people who didn’t have his best interests at heart.”

LaToya told UK paper News of the World that she believed there was a conspiracy leading to Michael’s sudden death. “Michael WAS murdered,” LaToya allegedly told News of the World. “And we don’t think just one person was involved. Rather, it was a conspiracy of people. I feel it was all about money. Michael was worth well over a billion in music publishing assets and somebody killed him for that. He was worth more dead than alive.”

Today TMZ reports that the LAPD is already treating Michael Jackson’s death as a homicide, and they are focusing on Dr. Conrad Murray.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the evidence points to the anesthesia Propofol as the primary cause of Jackson’s death. TMZ previously reported that vials of Propofol were found in Jackson’s home after he died.

Law enforcement sources say there is already “plenty of powerful evidence” linking Dr. Murray as the person who administered the drug to Jackson. The evidence includes various items found in Jackson’s house, including the Propofol, an IV stand and oxygen tank.

Dr. Murray’s lawyer would neither confirm nor deny if his client administered the Propofol.

The LAPD has had “multiple conversations” with the L.A. County District Attorney’s office, although the case has not been formally presented to the D.A.

US Weekly reports that Michael Jackson celebrated his final Christmas with his three children and with Beverly Hills dermatologist, Arnold Klein, the biological father of Paris, 11, and Prince Michael I, 12. 

US  Magazine is stating outright in the article that Beverly Hills dermatologist, Arnold Klein, is the biological father of Paris and Prince Jackson.

Debbie Rowe appears to be the biological mother of both Paris and Prince Jackson. I do see a likeness of Debbie Rowe in Paris.

Us Weekly also reports in its new issue that Klein brought Star Wars icon Carrie Fisher, a close friend, as a surprise guest for the kids to Jackson’s $100,000-a-month Holmby Hills, Calif. rental.

The most poignant and heartfelt part of the whole memorial service is when Paris Jackson spoke.

As she broke down crying she said “Ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father you can ever image. I just want to say I love him so much.”

Today we were witness to part of  an inspirational tribute to a man who not only gave the world  unprecedented artistry through his music but also gave the world positive and spiritual messages with such songs as “We Are The World” and “Man In The Mirror” and how to “Heal the World” and make this world a better place.

May all who loved him find peace and comfort. RIP Michael, knowing the world will always love you. Your music will live on forever.

The funeral service began shortly before 1:30 ET with Smokey Robinson reading messages from Nelson Mandela and Diana Ross.The public memorial for Michael Jackson began at 1:30 ET today at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The private service for the family at Forest Lawn cemetery in Hollywood Hills ran late, pushing the memorial ahead 30 minutes.

Stevie Wonder, Mariah Carey, Kobe Bryant, Brooke Shields, Motown founder Berry Gordy, Lionel Richie, John Mayer, Usher, Jennifer Hudson and Martin Luther King III and his sister Bernice, Shaheen Jafargholi (Britain’s Got Talent) also appeared.

One of the more poignant moments came at the end when Jackson’s daughter Paris broke down saying “Daddy has been the best father you can ever imagine.” It was heartbreaking.

The memorial ran live on most US cable news and network channels.

A video of Michael Jackson’s last rehearsal has been leaked.  Michael appears to be in good health.

According to TMZ, Michael Jackson used several aliases to acquire prescription drugs. 

Two of the names Jackson frequently used were Omar Arnold and Jack London in order to get powerful drugs, including Demerol. Jackson also used the name of one of his bodyguards, as well as the name of the office manager for one of his doctors.

The DEA, which is joining to assist the LAPD in its investigation of several doctors who prescribed drugs to Jackson, will be hunting down these names and others.

Sources tell TMZ that the prescription abuse was so egregious, one doctor would call the pharmacy and say Jackson was coming down to get Demerol. The pharmacy would then fill.

Details of Michael Jackson’s funeral remained sketchy over the past few days, but according to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael Jackson’s funeral is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, at The Los Angeles Staples Center. AEG Live owns both The Staples Center and The Nokia Theatre which are next to each other. The funeral will utilize both facilities and the surrounding plaza.

Earlier plans for Neverland to be used as the site to show Michael Jackson’s body did not pan out. The media reported that the Jackson family were planning a public viewing of Michael’s body at his former Neverland Ranch so fans could say a final goodbye.

Instead, relatives and Jackson’s advisors have chosen to hold a public memorial at The Staples Center which holds a 20,000 capacity. The Staples Center is where Michael was rehearsing his comeback show a day before his death, reports RadarOnline.com.

Roger Friedman of The Hollywood Reporter writes that AEG will put gigantic screens outside the facilities for the thousands who will not get inside. No word yet on how ticketing will be handled. In order to do this, the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus, scheduled to begin its run at Staples on July 8, had to be persuaded to postpone moving into Staples by several hours. Somehow it seems appropriate. It will be a day for the Greatest Show on Earth to follow The Biggest Funeral in History.
