Baseball Legend Yogi Berra Hospitalized After Stadium Fall

Baseball legend, Yogi Berra, was taken to the hospital Thursday, March 10, after he tripped inside a clubhouse and fell on his backside before a Yankees spring training game. Berra is 85 years old.

The NY Yankees Hall of Famer caught his foot on a carpet at Bright House Field in Florida, according Yankees General Manager Brian Cashman who works as an “instructor” for the Yankees.

Cashman said that Yogi was smiling and joking after the accident and didn’t even want medical attention. Yogi however was taken to a nearby hospital for precautionary reasons.
