PAMPA, TX — Bobby Valentine, former manager of the Texas Rangers, has been named keynote speaker at the July 18, 2013 Cal Ripken Regional Baseball Tournament for players ages 9-10 in Pampa, TX. Valentine will speak at the M.K. Brown Auditorium in Pampa to players from 10 teams from Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.
